Our gym features all the essential machines for a complete workout, including a Smith machine, cable machines, fly machines, leg extensions, leg curls, chest press, lat pulldown, and much more. With a variety of equipment for strength training and muscle targeting, you'll have everything you need for a full-body workout.

We offer team training sessions throughout the week at various times, providing a high-energy, group-focused workout experience. Members can sign up for sessions that fit their schedule and train alongside a motivated community to push their limits and achieve their goals.

​Our free weight area is fully stocked for serious lifters, featuring dumbbells up to 100lbs, two bench press stations, two squat racks, and both decline and incline bench setups. With a variety of benches for dumbbells and barbell curls, plus more than enough plates, you'll have everything you need to build strength and push your limits.
